Bangamela 2010 Performing Arts Sub-Committee will evaluate all applications (after the above deadline is over) and make the final decision. The committee will not be obligated to provide any special technical requirements (sound, light, stage sets etc.) over and above the availability in the facility rented. Any additional/special technical supplies need Bangamela 2010 committee approval.

Participants / Applicants please note that the performance time slots will be determined by Bangamela 2010 Performing Arts Committee, based on the overall performance schedule. Assigned time slot is subject to change.

You need to have your own volunteer to control light and sound for your own performance. You also need to have your own volunteer to set up the stage.

Time allotted is the total time in and out. Set up time is included in the total time slot. Please report to the stage manager 1 hr. before the show.

All participants must register for Bangamela 2010
